Current Research
Currently I am working on a project to identify sources of pollution in Falls and Jordan Lakes, NC, both municipal drinking water supplies. With our field equipment I can measure water quality parameters like Nitrate and CDOM (Colored Dissolved Organic Material) concentrations and present this data in Arc GIS maps that reveal patterns and sources of contamination.
Field Experience
Bi-monthly Beach profiling of Oak Island, NC, using RTK GPS to monitor erosion, 2006-2009
